WineTalent Classifieds: Digital Marketing Manager in St. Helena

WineTalent is working with our client, Long Meadow Ranch, on a position for a Digital Marketing Manager.

Long Meadow Ranch is a family-owned agricultural enterprise producing grapes and wine, olives and olive oil, grass-fed beef and lamb, fruits, vegetables, and eggs in the Napa Valley, Anderson Valley and Marin County. The Long Meadow Ranch operations also include an acclaimed farm-to-table restaurant, a general store and wine tasting bar in the historic Logan-Ives House, an outdoor cafe, a farmer's market, a working garden and a variety of unique event spaces all located at Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch.

The Digital Marketing Manager is the company’s subject matter specialist in CRM, data science and digital campaign management. This position is responsible for developing and executing the company’s data integration plan and CRM strategy, as well as managing vendor relationships with digital services providers. It also focuses on providing analysis, reporting, expert insights and program management for e-commerce, digital communications programs across a variety of platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, SEO, website optimization and more.

Responsibilities

CRM & Data Integration:
Lead the project to integrate our customer databases and find the right CRM solution
Manage the CRM strategy across all channels and scope opportunities for optimization
Act as primary CRM platform subject matter expert with internal partners, external vendors and platforms to support rollout and adoption of new capabilities, and optimization
Recommend and drive implementation and adoption of new data integration approaches and systems, where appropriate

Digital Ad Campaigns, Email, Social, and Content Marketing:
Build, place, and manage ad campaigns, including budget and daily deliverables, primarily on Facebook, Instagram and Google
Identify the assets and relevant content required to achieve goals
Collaborate on creating brand-building campaigns (email, social, paid) - to drive broad and targeted awareness, engagement, traffic, and sales
Collaborate on social media strategy and goals across digital platforms
Monitor trends in social media tools, website optimization, applications, channels, design, and strategy; test new ideas and techniques and adapt strategies accordingly

Digital Analytics and Reporting:
Manage and monitor digital platforms, including, google analytics, website, social
Project management of software platforms, tools and services
Utilize campaign engagement metrics to optimize campaigns, landing pages, and report and share results
Identify trends, and articulate impact on overall CRM strategy and recommend action for all teams
Compile reports that demonstrate campaign ROI; analyze results and make recommendations for optimizing social media, content marketing, and advertising campaigns
Scope and partner with Data Science services to create and leverage predictive modeling, key behavioral triggers, and personalization opportunities to optimize marketing reach and impact

Education, Experience and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ plus years of e-commerce CRM marketing experience, including hands-on social marketing, email marketing, with additional channel (direct mail, retargeting, etc.) experience helpful
Experience leveraging customer data to optimize marketing targeting, content and performance
1-3 years’ experience with marketing & analytics platforms, including but not limited to, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and CRM solutions
Experience in beverage alcohol and/or hospitality industry a plus
Past agency, sales or client brand manager experience a plus
Demonstrable experience developing online advertising initiatives, social media campaigns, email, landing page design/optimization
Has strong working knowledge of latest trends and best practices of social media and how to use, create and manage it
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects
Social Media Management experience
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across multiple teams
Flexibility and agility to adapt to changing and evolving business objectives
Thrives in fluid, fast-paced environment
Attention to detail, takes pride in work and aspires to maintain continual personal and professional growth
Able to work in a team environment as well as operate independently
Able to lift 40+ lbs.
Valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record

Compensation and Benefits
This is a full-time, salaried position.
